Oh HELL ya!
My BUD, Eric, hooked me up with a Radeon GPU (2 GB) and I picked up a 750 watt power supply and while 25-30 fps isn't 60 (on medium), it beats the living DAYLIGHTS out of the 1 gb nvidia card I had before. NOW, I can play!
